Day 1

 

Depending on the flight schedule, optional breakfast, lunch or evening meal can be organized (quotation on demand)

Guided panoramic tour by bus of Paris with a view of the main monuments that make of the Champs-Elysées, the most beautiful and renowned avenue of Paris, and of course the Arc de Triomphe, located in the very heart of the city.

day 2

 

Breakfast provided in the hostel

Free visit to the Louvre, former royal palace and the largest museum of art and antiquities in the world. You will have some free time to wander through the Tuileries gardens, French-style gardens that separate the Louvre museum and the Place de la Concorde.

A packed lunch is provided for your midday meal.

Then climb to the top of the Eiffel Tower to admire the city of Paris spread out below. Followed by a boat cruise on the river Seine giving you a different point of view of the most famous Parisian monuments located in the heart of the capital.

day 3

Breakfast provided in the hostel

You will choose between a visit to the Musée du Quai Branly, a museum dedicated to the non-Western arts, civilizations and world heritage, or the Musée d’Orsay, a former railway station transformed into a museum that will bring you through the period going from the mid-nineteenth century to the beginning of the twentieth century .

A packed lunch is provided for your midday meal.

In the early afternoon, discover Montmartre, ancient and picturesque district overlooking Paris and of course it’s Sacred Heart Basilica. Then, you have some free time for your shopping.

day 4

Breakfast provided in the hostel

Organized transfer by metro to the Parisian train station Gare du Nord, where you will mount aboard the Eurostar, that will bring you to the heart of London

Free discovery of the Westminster district (Big Ben, the British Parliament, Westminster Abbey, London Eye, Buckingham Palace, St James’s Park …) before observing the ceremony of the guard relief at Buckingham Palace.

A packed lunch is provided for your midday meal.

In the afternoon, after a ride on the London Eye, the famous Ferris wheel that allows you to discover London from a panoramic view in the air, you shall visit the British Museum, which has one of the largest collections of art and history in the world.

DAY 5

Breakfast provided in the hostel

Followed by a open visit of Madame Tussaud’s museum, a large wax museum where you will find wax statues of celebrities from all over the world.

A packed lunch is provided for your midday meal.

After a boat cruise on the river Thames that will take you from Westminster Pier to Tower Pier, enabling you to see London’s landmarks from a different perspective, you will visit the Tower of London and the Crown Jewels, a fortress almost 1,000 years old, that houses a chapel and a large collection of weapons and armor. You will also discover the collection of jewels of the royal family.

day 6

Breakfast provided in the youth hostel.

Stroll through Covent Garden, a typical English district that harbours shops, restaurants, markets and street performers.

Then, use some free time for your shopping on Oxford Street.

A packed lunch is provided for your midday meal.

Transfer to London Airport and return flight from London.

Depending on your flight schedule, an optional breakfast, lunch or dinner can be organized (quotation upon demand).
